characteristic
1. Small size, high wind speed, low noise, low energy consumption,
and low maintenance costs in the later stage.
2. The high-temperature dusty gas is cooled to avoid burning the
filter bag, affecting the dust removal effect, or causing a fire.
3. When the dust gas passes through the ash hopper, due to the
upward bending of the airflow, larger dust particles directly fall
into the ash hopper due to their own weight, thus achieving the
expected dust removal effect.
4. The dust removal equipment adopts pulse cleaning work, which
thoroughly cleans the dust without affecting the dust removal work.
It also provides convenient conditions for maintenance and
replacement of the bag cage without stopping the operation of dust
removal.
5. Adopting a segmented pulse cleaning method, the spraying time is
extended, energy consumption is reduced, and the wear of the pulse
valve membrane and the keel filter bag is minimized, thereby
increasing the lifespan of vulnerable parts.
working principle
The dust collection port of the dust collector in the foundry is
connected to the dust collection point of the processing equipment,
and the dust is sucked into the inlet duct by the suction force of
the bag filter fan during operation. Dust, like a sandstorm rolling
into the soil, attacks the interior of the ash hopper at the bottom
of the bag filter. Due to the dust coming through a narrow
pipeline, it suddenly enters the ash hopper of the bag filter. The
area of the ash hopper is much larger than the area of the pipeline
mouth, and the dust spreads rapidly. The speed of the dust slows
down, and the dust is automatically settled at the bottom of the
ash hopper by the centrifugal force of the machine and the spiral.
The remaining fine dust rises into the filter box of the bag
filter, and is filtered through the filter bag. The fine dust is
adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag, enters the interior of
the filter bag through air, and rises to the clean air chamber of
the bag filter. It is then sucked out by the fan and discharged
into the atmosphere.
